Alta Estética SRL – Natura Bolivia inaugurated an important distribution center in Santa Cruz, multiplying the performance in the preparation of orders and in its intralogistics in general thanks to the light guidance and roller transport of ATOX Technological Solutions.
Natura Bolivia is part of Natura Internacional, a multinational in the cosmetics sector with leadership in several Latin American countries and with a presence also in Europe, having received sustainability awards thanks to its commitment to quality, production without animal testing and with strict compliance with international safety standards.
It was a strategic need to optimize the space and operations of the warehouse of its distribution center in Bolivia. According to the general manager of Natura Bolivia, Gastón Pacheco, “after studying several options, it was decided to implement ATOX’s light-guided automation technology, which will enable a 100% increase in the order assembly capacity, a reduction in time and costs in the operation, and greater flexibility in the distribution logistics process to better serve the more than 28,000 consultants and consumers of Natura Bolivia”.

Light-guided picking racks
Thanks to the versatility of the ATOX mini-rack system SL-6000, shelving for dynamic picking was designed and manufactured integrating the light-guided system of ATOX Soluciones Tecnológicas, providing service for hundreds of references and thousands of boxes.
The ATOX light-guided system guides picking operators through a light system, speeding up their work through pick to light operations while eliminating errors during order preparation.
The versatility of this ATOX Soluciones Tecnológicas system allows for the efficient implementation of various picking strategies, such as batch picking, zone picking, etc.
Smart Roller Conveyor
The combination of light guidance with the intelligent roller transport system achieves high levels of performance and provides higher levels of ergonomics and safety.
ATOX roller conveyors are modular and highly versatile. Through curved sections without loss of speed and integrated diverters that act as sorters, reduce the distances that warehouse personnel have to travel and streamline intralogistics when placing orders, preparing them during picking and during packaging and classification in the output area according to destination.
ATOX intelligent roller conveyors can also integrate a wide variety of devices and sensors, such as automatic weighing systems, barcode readers, RFID readers, etc.
